The Big Five Reasons to Donate to Ohio Zeta

Have you ever wondered where your donation to Ohio Zeta’s annual fund goes and whether you’re making a worthwhile investment? The answer is quite simple—it supports our efforts to stay connected in our alumni years and upgrades to our historic chapter house.

Here’s what your donation supports:

  1. The Buckeye Phi newsletter
The chapter’s alumni newsletter, The Buckeye Phi, is published biannually to provide information about your alumni brothers and the active chapter that you are unlikely to find elsewhere. The newsletter includes alumni spotlights, updates, photos, and more so you can stay in the loop! It’s also where we recognize our loyal donors. Without your support, though, we can’t continue to fund these valuable newsletters.
  2. The alumni website
Our website (ohiozeta.com) is dedicated to keeping you better connected to your fellow brothers. The site includes an online directory of members so you can find the best available contact information for more than 1,700 alumni. Not to mention, it has photo albums where you can share your priceless photos from your Ohio Zeta days, as well as an online platform where you can share status updates and start a conversation!
  3. Our historic chapter house
Ohio Zeta’s chapter house at 1942 Luka Avenue is one of our most valuable assets. After all, it’s the place where active members forge new friendships and where alumni celebrate enduring ones! We want to ensure it remains a safe, comfortable space for years to come.
  4. Boost recruitment efforts of the active chapter
A strong annual fund—and dedicated alumni base—is critical for our recruitment efforts. Without strong backing from our alumni, we won’t be able to offer potential new members the great amenities and support that other fraternities do. With your help, we can continue to attract high-quality members.
  5. Events
The annual fund also supports more alumni events, like football tailgates and homecoming, where you can reconnect with brothers!
